How do I establish a couple account with separate logins in Legacy Architects.

Legacy Architects allows clients to have separate logins for spouses or couples to a single client vault. There are multiple ways to establish this feature.

Option 1: Contact account creation:

When your contact registers and creates their Legacy Architects account, there will be an option for them to add the separate spouse account.

On the account creation page of Legacy Architects, if your contact picks "married" in marital status, an "Add Spouse Details" tick box will appear at the bottom.

Putting a check mark on this box will allow your contact to create a separate log-in for their spouse. They will need to put their spouse's email address in the spouse part of the registration page, and our system will also send them an activation link to create their secure password to access their Legacy Architects account.

Note: Make sure you put a check in the box in "Send email invitation to spouse to access their vault?"

Option 2: Send invitation using your Legacy Architects lawyer account:

Double click the contact that you want to create a separate log-in.

Click on the "Invite To Vault" button next to the spouse's email address, this will send an invitation to this email address to setup a secure account for Legacy Architects.

Note: You can manually add your contact's spouse's email in the email field by clicking the edit button and then clicking save at the bottom. The same "Invite to Vault" button will appear in the client vault.
